- Malfunctions and Bugs: If you are having issues getting our product to work as advertised, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund, within 30 days from purchase. Before a refund is processed, you must give us the opportunity to help you fix the issue you are having. Please create a ticket for the issue via the Support Ticket system, and allow reasonable time for us to help you fix it.
- Invalid refund requests: If you simply decide that you do not want to use our product anymore, we cannot grant you a refund. We are committed to helping with any issues you may have with our product. At the same time, we expect you to know what you are purchasing and why.
- Compatibility issues with third party codes: There are thousands of scripts out there and we cannot test and provide full integration with every one of them. We do not provide support for third party codes. Incompatibility with a third party codes cannot be used as a basis for a refund request.
Processing of Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will generally process your refund within 7 days, most of the time, much faster than that. Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited with the full amount you have paid. Although we try our best to process refunds in a timely manner, PayPal or your financial institution can take up to 3 weeks to reflect the refund in your bank or PayPal account.
I did not receive my refund
Please double check with your bank, PayPal or credit card. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks for your financial institution to fully process the refund.
If you have contacted your financial institution and are still unable to solve the problem, please open a new ticket, via our Support Ticket system.
As we deal with intangible goods, refund is not encouraged under any circumstances, once the product is sent and the order process is completed. Eventually, we recommend the buyers to test with the demo before confirming and purchasing the product and we guarantee to deliver the same quality, as presented in the demo. If the product does not meet the quality standards please report and get technical support within 48 hours from the date of delivery. However, we understand that there are certain situations that require exceptions from our rigid refund policy and the customers are eligible for refund under the following conditions:
- Due to the nondelivery reasons, especially because of mailing problems. Nondelivery claim should be notified to the billing department within a week’s time of delivery or it is considered as downloaded or received, under good condition.
- Because of technical problems like download or unzipping issues. Such claims should be submitted to the technical support department, within 3 days or may end up in a refund decline.
- Refund is not allowed for the technical errors that happen with the customer server or host side errors.
- If the product does not meet up your expectation, clear evidence should be produced for the purchase of the product and if the complaint is based on false expectations of the customer, the refund is not honored.
- Additional customization of the product is considered as a fresh new project and no refund should be expected for the customization.
- Refund strictly not allowed for customer faults such as re-purchase same product (or) wrong product purchase etc.,
- Please make note that SangVish Technologies does not bear any responsibility and hence we do not make efforts to satisfy requests on refund/exchange/return of products, especially on incompatibility of the products with other III party software (codes, add-ons, plug-ins, search engines, modules, extensions, scripts), which are not recommended. Compatibility of products is explicitly specified on the preview page of every product description. Hence we neither guarantee for the compatibility with III-party programs nor support such applications.
